A Bit About Michael

I studied Fine Art Photography at the University of The Witwatersrand in South Africa with a specialisation in large-format black and white portrait photography. My work has been exhibited across South Africa and Italy, and I’ve won numerous national awards. I went on to set up a photography and design business in Italy where I lived and worked for a number of years. I cut my teeth in the industry producing work for Fiorucci, Stefanel, Benetton, Diesel, Rocco Barocco and many other fashion brands.

I was born in South Africa, but have lived in Singapore for almost thirty years. I am now Singaporean, and have settled here permanently. I’m married to a beautiful Singaporean wife, and we have two sons who are real little characters, keeping me young. Sort of.
